Job Description
Agence Francaise de Developpement (AFD) is looking for an experience driver who will be p roviding professional transport for management staff as well as other people designated by the manager.

Main Objective
Provide professional transport for management staff as well as other people designated by the manager

Activities
Transport the Director to whom he is assigned, or other people at his request, by car during his various trips:
• Provide transport to the meeting place, according to the established schedule
• Prepare each trip: plan the shortest route, find out about traffic restrictions
• Refuel the vehicle.

Maintain the vehicle:
• Guarantee a state of internal and external cleanliness
• Perform small maintenance and repair operations
• Make an appointment with the garage for major repairs and periodic revisions
• Have the repair orders signed and have the vehicle maintenance book signed by the director
• Update the vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption monitoring tables
• Archive documents relating to vehicles

The holder will also be required to:
• Provide support for logistics or general services, in particular contact with State public and Para public services (payment of water / electricity bills, etc., control of payment deadlines, archiving of these invoices, payment of vehicle stickers …)
• Update the consumption monitoring tables (water, electricity, etc.)
• Ensure all or part of the races, delivery of folds outside the agency
• If necessary, acting as secretary relies on certain functions
• Ensure the day-to-day maintenance of the premises (opening / closing of the gates, photocopiers, etc.)

Requirements
• Must have verifiable driving experience
• Must have a valid driver's license within the country
• Good Work History & Clean Driving Record
• A Commitment to Safe Driving
• Must be able to communicate in both English and French
• Must be able to hear instructions from our dispatch department.
• Must be able to speak with our leaders and dispatch team to express any needs during their trips.
• Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle to help customers with their luggage.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods without being able to leave the work area
