EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)- SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF QUICKBOOKS

Background

Africa Development Consultant Limited (ADC) is a consultancy firm registered by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). ADC’s Mission is to offer comprehensive business development services that focus on the needs of enterprises. ADC’s Core Values: Professionalism, Partnership, Integrity, Result Driven, and Value Adding. ADC is a Business Development Services (BDS) service provider for various government and non-government organization Programs, contributing to enabling Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) grow their businesses through access to finance, access to new and better markets, and overall improvement in professionalism.

It is against this background that ADC wants to build a database of QuickBooks-certified professional services in Rwanda that will supply, configure, customize, train, and provide support services to finance teams of these MSMEs on QuickBooks.

All reputed, experienced, and certified suppliers interested are requested to submit their Expression of Interest to info@adcrwanda.org

Only qualified suppliers will then be considered to participate in the subsequent bidding process for the supply of the above service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum five years of experience in similar consultancy assignments, especially in installation and training user, monitoring of Computerized Accounting within business-oriented organizations.

The following documents have to be received no later than the deadline indicated;

1. A copy of an authorization certificate issued by QuickBooks developers
2. Registration certificate
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate
4. Vat registered and able to provide electronic invoice/EBM
5. 5 copies of good completion of the previous similar work
6. Detailed CV of the trainer showing his /her qualifications

The Expression of Interest should be addressed to the Managing Director, ADC not later than April 30, 2024 at 17:00 hrs.
