Job Title: Electrical Supervisor/ Engineer
Reporting to: Plant Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing work leadership to technicians in carrying out electrical, electromechanical and electronically works at processing facilities and quarries in addition to all related maintenance activities supporting the smooth running of operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure apprentices are being taught safe processes that meet safety requirements.
Manage the installation of automation while ensuring safety.
Interact with the production supervisors to identify areas to improve equipment throughput, flexibility, quality, safety, and reliability.
Instruct the technical team in the process needed to ensure sustainability.
Supervising all needed upgrading of the existing equipment in case needed.
Managing all related aspect of all utilities upgrades.
Perform risk assessment and risk mitigation.
Preventive Maintainance and routine inspection for all related electrically, electromechanically and electronically.
Perform needed capacity building for the technical team
Perform daily preventive maintenance and assuring all machines are running smoothly and reliable.
Provide quality assurance for any repairing and maintenance activities.
Supporting any new upgrade for the processing facility from the design to execution faces.
Fully management of powerhouse with full analyze of effective energy consumption.
Full Adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
Full Adherence to international safety standards.
Any other duty signed by the management.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum of (3 years) experience.
Master’s degree in engineering, (5years) experience.
