RWANDA POLYTECHNIC HIGH LEARNING INSTITUTION .

Job Responsibilities:
•Based on Mathematics curriculum, design lessons to teach students Mathematics concepts, equipping them with strong arithmetic and complex problem solving competencies, as applied in software coding logical concepts;
•Design evaluation approaches, models and tools to assess student performance at all course levels in accordance with Mathematics curriculum and applied software programing logic concepts.
•Take additional training on a regular basis in order to further develop teaching •Nurture students to grow with Rwandan good cultural values, strong aptitude traits for future responsible citizens.
•Be responsible for any other school related duties as will be assigned by the Rwanda polytechnic
•Preparing mathematics lessons and delivering them in a competence based manner: •Experience in competence based assessment approaches.

Job Qualifications:
•A Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering;
•Having built or actively participated in the building of applied electronics system; •Having minimum 5 years of practical experience in applied Electronics field;
•Experience with micro controllers, electronics prototyping, cabling, circuits, sensors and actuators;
•Instructor must be proficient in English language, both written and oral;
•Must be ethical with good moral values, tolerant, clear understanding of pedagogy and good teaching practices, and be willing to adopt new ways to teach, have a team oriented focus; •Experience with using technology in education and in teaching environment:
•Excellent team leader skills, managerial, interpersonal and leadership competences
