Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original, must be delivered to CIMERWA Reception/ Procurement office, Kigali (Kimihurura) or PDF password-encrypted soft copies emailed to Tenders@CIMERWA.RW not later than 2nd November 2023 at 4:00pm local time. There will be a mandatory site visit of the 3 quarries on Tuesday 24th October 2023 at 2:00PM. Bidders who will miss site visit will be automatically disqualified and Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened irrespective of circumstances.
