Only authorised car dealer companies are eligible to submit, no individual will be accepted.
Your EoI should contain the following:

Technical details
• Profile of your company & experience in car dealers
• Technical details of the car you propose to supply
• Picture of the car you propose to supply
• Guaranty and Warranty conditions
• RDB registration,
• VAT registration,
• Tax clearance latest of 2021 year

The Financial Proposal should contain the following
• Quotation in RWF ALL TAXES included
• Delivery time: ideally one week after issuing the purchase order.
• Validity period of the price
• Payment terms if any
Please submit your EoI documents in two separate files (1 for technical offer and 1 for financial offer) until latest Thursday 10th February 2022 at 11:59 am Kigali time, at following Email address : coordination@maisonshalom.org
