REQUEST FOR EXPRESION OF INTEREST OF OFFSET AND DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINES.

Rwanda Printery Company Ltd (RPC) is a printing company owned by the Government of Rwanda under AGACIRO DEVELOPMENT FUND CORPORATE TRUST LTD established by the Cabinet meeting held on 27th November 2013 as a result of merging three independent Printeries that were previously managed separately by government institutions such as National Electoral Commission (NEC), Rwanda Education Board (REB) and Rwanda Biomedical Center Printery.

Our vision is to be the leading provider of the most reliable, secure and quality printing services in Rwanda and the region.

We therefore request all qualified and eligible interested bidders (both local and international) to submit their expression of interest (EOI) to supply and install the following list but not last printing machines:

Lot One: Offset Printing Machines: Six clamp perfect binding machine, Semi-Automatic Thread sewing machine, Automatic sewing machine, Three knives trimmer, Automatic A1 Lamination machine, UV Coating machine in A1 Size, Folding machine, Shredder machine and Creaser auto machine.

Lot Two: Digital Printing Machines: Flatbed UV inkjet printers Machine A2 and UJV55-3.2M Grand Format LED-UV Inkjet Printer.

The interested suppliers/manufacturers are requested to submit at least three (3) certificates of completion of similar services executed printing industries in at least five (5) previous years; having completed similar exercises for local industries will be an added advantage.

Bidder should clearly indicate the Lot he/she is competing on.

The expression of interest must be submitted not later than 7^th February,2025 12:00 AM, Kigali Time.

A well scanned EOI written in English language must be submitted online on info@rpc.rw and eddie.kayonga@rpc.rw
