TITLE: Expression of Interest (EOI) for Supplying 30 Home Water Harvesting Tanks
Action for Environment Protection and Agriculture Sectors Promotion (APEFA) is a National Non-Government Organization working in different sectors of Agriculture and Environment Including Soil conservation and landscape restoration; Integrated water management, Sustainable agriculture; Climate change adaptation &mitigation; Green mining promotion, Monitoring and traceability of minerals etc. The vision of APEFA is “The effective integration of the Rwandan population in the process of solving problems related to the environment and food security” While the mission is to Towards an environmental balance at the same time including sectors of forestry, agro forestry and the agricultural development to improve the living conditions of the community;
Under the financial support from Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), The Action for Environment Protection and Agriculture Sectors Promotion (APEFA) is implementing the project entitled ” Build and strengthen livelihoods of vulnerable communities in Bugesera district through climate resilient practices and technologies" in NGERUKA Sector
For this reason, APEFA is inviting companies, Enterprises, or Individuals with experience to supply the Home water Harvesting Tanks as following:

Bidders can submit tender as follow:
1. Participation in the competition is open on equal opportunities and conditions to all companies, individuals specialized in the field of general construction. .
2. To stop the spread of CORONA VIRUS (COVID19), the tender document will be obtained via email from 15 /04/ to 25/04/2022 by sending the "Expression of Interest (EOI) for Tender" as title. The candidates must send their applications and scanned copy of Bank Receipt of a non-refundable prepaid fee of 10,000 Rwf paid to the APEFA Bank Account no. 00010-01390286287-81 Located in COGEBANK to the following electronic address (e-mail) procurement@apefarwanda.org with copy: apefarwanda@gmail.com. Late bids will be rejected.
3. The opening of bids will take place on 27/4/2020 at 9:30 am at the Head Office of APEFA in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
