The organization ACTION POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT DU PEUPLE, “ADEPE” with its Headquarter in Rubavu district, is a non- governmental and non –profit making organization legally recognized by the Government of Rwanda since 2002 with a mission: “to Assist vulnerable people especially youth and widows in enabling them to improve their life conditions; to help them to learn how to help themselves for an auto- development, via a constant professional training as well as promoting human rights. Its vision is to have “a society with empowered and self-reliant people.”

ADEPE has been working in Rwanda to improve people’s livelihoods, women and girls in particular and promoting human rights, particularly children rights. ADEPE works in full alignment with Rwanda’s development agenda in a way that helps to realize the national development goals.

ADEPE in partnership with UNICEF is implementing the “Scale-up of the Provision of Cross border and Market based ECD Services Program” that will provide inclusive ECD services to children in selected Cross border markets and other District Markets to help their mother concentrate on their business and part of the funds will be used in the rehabilitation of infrastructure to meet ECD standards. The project will be implemented in eight (8) districts Rutsiro, Rusizi, Gasabo, Kicukiro, Gakenke, Musanze, Gicumbi and Nyagatare.

In line with the project implementation, ADEPE hereby invites national tenders for the Expression of Interest for the Rehabilitation of the 8 ECD’s and other related works for ECD Centres in case needed.

The interested companies are requested to send the cover letter signed and stumped by an authorized representative of the bidder addressed to ADEPE Executive Director, company registration certificate, VAT Registration certificate, proof of using EBM invoice, valid tax clearance certificate, provide at least two references for similar deliveries done in the recent five years and any other relevant documents on email: tender@adepe-rw.org not later than 17th January 2024 at 5:00 pm.

Notice: Any bidder missing one among above documents will be automatically disqualified.

Short listed companies will be contacted for the sites visiting and subsequent bid process.
