VACANCY: Factory Technicians
Office: BUGESERA Industrial Park
Reporting to: Operations Manager
What are we looking for?: Manufacturing Technicians work in a discrete manufacturing environment, run and maintain factory equipment and assembly processes monitor and check the product quality and document results in strict adherence to protocols.

ALAMAHA FOR INDUSTRY is a company registered in RWANDA with TIN Number 107895828 and operating in BUGESERA Industrial zone specialized in home appliances (Refrigerator, Solar water heaters, and gas cookers).
ALMAHA FOR INDUSTRY is planning to invest Seven Billion Rwf and provide jobs to more than 100 people in the first year of operation and it is expected to grow at 10% annually. .

Scope and responsibilities of the role:
• Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment
• Verify dimensions of parts, using precision measuring instruments, to ensure that specifications are met
• Operate metalworking machines to make housings, fittings, and fixtures
• Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
• Test the performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments
• Install electronic parts and hardware, using soldering equipment and hand tools

skills, competencies
• Excellent analytical skills distilling insights from various data point and sources to inform decision-making
• Excellent written, oral and presentational communications skills
• Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda

Expected qualifications:
• Advanced Diploma (A1) in Electro-mechanical, Electrical, and Air conditioning and refrigeration
• 3 years of working experience
