JOB DETAILS:
Jagro Rwanda Limited, a foreign direct investment firm, has started to play a pivotal role in Rwanda's agricultural sector. Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
o Manage the Production in line with the quality aspects set by the company.
o Conduct trials and testing to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
2. Quality Assurance:
o Implement and oversee quality control measures in the production process.
o Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
o Stay updated on food safety regulations and ensure compliance.
o Coordinate with regulatory bodies for necessary certifications.
4. Process Optimization:
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
o Collaborate with production teams for seamless integration of changes.
5. Documentation:
o Maintain detailed records of production processes, testing, and quality assurance.
o Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.
6. Education and Experience:
o Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
o Proven experience in a food production facility is essential.
7. Skills:
o Strong knowledge of food technology, safety, and quality control.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a food production facility.
• Skills:
o Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and quality control.
o Proficient in product development and process optimization.
• Availability: Immediate availability preferred.
