RwandAir is a fast growing national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda, which has expanded its fleet operation beyond Africa to respond to customer needs and expectations.

RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Maintance of RwandAir Facilities, Air conditioner Servicing, design and Supervision of Construction Works as indicated in details in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Procurement Office located, Kigali International Airport 2^nd floor upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf 10,000) Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 10 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All the two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. The Payment proof Maintance and Supervision of Construction works.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 14^th, February 2025 RwandAir, Procurement Office at Head Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

Bids shall be submitted via E-supplier portal link to https://esupplier.rwandair.com/no later than March 6^th ,2025, at 11:00 am Kigali time. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Six Hundred Forty-Nine Rwandan Francs (2,693,649) issued by any commercial bank or a reputable financial.

Bids will be opened in through supplier portal system. Therefore, all bidders are requested to summit their bids via the link shared. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy and procedure manual as amended to date.

RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
