This is complementary to the knowledge of the product owner (which will be less technical) • The Business Analyst will perform desk checks with the delivery team to ensure that the team understands the story and is on the right track. • The Business Analyst must be skilled in writing stories, decomposing large stories into smaller stories and indicating story dependencies. • 3+ years commercial experience and previously held a role on an Agile team • Excellent communication skills and has the ability to work collaboratively with development team • Good facilitation skills • Compile user stories • Analyze existing IT landscape for needed information • Communicate the vision of the user story alongside the Product Owner • Have an understanding of both technology stacks and business domains
