Gako Meat Company Ltd, (GMC Ltd) invites interested eligible bidders to submit their bids for the provision of Software and customize it to the company needs as indicated in detail in the technical specifications of the bidding document.

1. Tender documents in English may be obtained by email at “meplos15@gmail.com” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee equivalent to ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) to account number 100080670189 opened at the bank of Kigali in the name of Gako Meat Company Ltd. 

2. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Acting Chief Executive Officer of GMC Ltd, through a formal letter with the following address Bugesera District, Eastern Province, RWANDA or by email Email: meplos15@gmail.com

3. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies and one original, must reach the Head Office at the address mentioned above not later than 28^th July 2023 at 12:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 28^th July 2023 at 12:30 pm local time in GMC Ltd Board room.
5. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name.
