Position: Professional Human Resources Specialist (HR)
Key Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation;
2. Assist in developing and executing the annual recruitment plan;
3. Continuously optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience to improve hiring efficiency;
4. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance, leave requests, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures;
5. Responsible for payroll calculation, annual bonuses, leave management, and timely reporting of social insurance and housing fund contributions;
6. Organize onboarding training for new hires and other employee training programs;
7. Manage employee relations, promote a harmonious workplace, and mitigate labor risks;
8. Assist with workplace injury claims and insurance reimbursement processes;
9. Support company culture initiatives and organize employee engagement activities to enhance team cohesion;
10. Maintain and analyze employee information and files, ensure legal compliance of contracts, organize contract signing, and keep records well-organized and accessible.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience, familiar with recruitment, compensation, and employee relations;
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with risk control awareness;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus;
5. Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and good data sensitivity;
6. Able to multitask and perform under pressure, with strong team collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 200K–400K (Negotiable based on experience and capability)
- Social insurance, paid annual leave, year-end bonus, and national holiday benefits
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
