The company for the organization and promotion of coffee activities (coopac ltd) wishes to recruit a competent and qualified candidate for the following position:

1. Human resources officer

Profile description

• to be of rwandan nationality;
  
• have his address in rwanda preferably in rubavu;
  
• hold a degree in human resource management, or its equivalence
  
• have a command of microsoft word and excel software;
  
• have a developed spirit of teamwork;
  
• be free of any commitment;
  
• successful experience with a similar function from 2 to 3 years minimum;
  
• be of good character (good life and morals);
  
• have a sense of service organization, be flexible in managing priorities,
  
• have the ability to speak and write kinyarwanda, french and english,
  
• have a deep knowledge of the labor code in rwanda
  
• agree to work under pressure

The file will include the following:

• A letter of motivation addressed to the management of coopac ltd
  
• A detailed and up-to-date curriculum vitae;
  
• A copy of the diploma;
  
• A photocopy of the identity card;
  
• Certificate (s) of services rendered;
