JOB DETAILS:
As part of a job creation, VIPP Interstis, the leading international call center in sub-Saharan Africa, is looking for a Windows Systems Administrator.

Description of the position and missions :
1. Supervision & alerts
Control and guarantee parallelism between supervision tools and the reality of the infrastructure
Monitor and guarantee the status of backups, network equipment, servers and data
Validate the proper functioning of alert reporting systems
Check that alert tools are properly monitored by the teams
2. Control
Check the application of attempts to restore servers and services in accordance with our commitments
Check that all essential services are redundant
Verify that non-essential services have the capacity to be restored
Check that all the data is transferred to a secondary site
Validate that restoration tests have been carried out as required by policies
Check that security checks such as pentests, checks of unknown equipment, update status of workstations, servers and network equipment are properly carried out
Work on automating control processes
3. Write & animate
Write compliance control reports
Establish regular reports in order to inform management
Organize and lead quality meetings
4. Internal audit
Supervises the application of quality rules, procedures and instructions
Implement control monitoring requested by management
Contribute to quality monitoring and support for operators and services
Check the application of customer constraints at the start of campaigns and annually
Compliance of the application of ANSI / NIS security constraints
5. Inform
Information on customer safety insurance plans
Information on internal security assurance plans
