Kvinna till Kvinna’s approach is based on strong local ownership and long-term support. Kvinna till Kvinna has been present in Rwanda since 2017, with support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

Interested bidders should visit the car at Aigle Blanc Building (commonly known as Chez Polisi Denis) in the back parking lot on the road towards Hotel Diplomat from November 03rd – 08th, 2021 excluding weekend days, between 12h00 – 15h00.
Interested bidders are invited to submit their financial proposals specifying if the price includes vehicle transfer fees and add any other information that might be important in this regard.
The bids should be addressed to Kvinna till Kvinna in sealed envelopes marked of the purpose: ‘’Bidding for car purchase - Kvinna till Kvinna’’ and submitted in two copies both original (or one original and a copy) to the following address not later than November 11, 2021 at 14h00 pm.

Thereafter, all interested bidders are invited to attend the public opening of the bids that shall be organized on November 11th, 2021 at the above-mentioned address at 14h30.
The highest bidder who shall meet the minimum selling price shall pay in full the purchase price on Kvinna till Kvinna bank account within two days after the notification that their bid was accepted. Failure to do so, his/her bid shall be void. Kvinna till Kvinna reserves the authority to not accept the highest bidder if it doesn’t reach the internal fixed minimum price.
