1. Scope of Work:
   • Supply and delivery of high-quality Flat sheet king size (3mx3m), Flat sheet king size (5mx6m), Duvet cover double, Pillowcase single, Pillowcase Double(165cmx90cm), Hand towel(75cmx50cm), Bath malt-towel (75cmx50cm), Baby coat and Hangers for Mantis Akagera Game Lodge.
   • Linens should meet the highest industry quality, comfort, and durability standards.
2. Submission of Bids:
   • Interested suppliers should submit their bids not later than July 16, 2024. At 5:00 Pm
   • Bids should be submitted via email to:

1. • The email's subject line should be "Bid Submission for Hotel Linens - [Supplier's Name]."
   • Late submissions will not be considered.
2. Bid Requirements:
   • Detailed description of the proposed linens, including material composition, thread count, white color, and any other relevant specifications.
   • Price per unit for each type of linen (bed sheets, pillowcases, bathrobes).
   • Bulk order discounts, if applicable.
   • Delivery timeline and estimated lead time from order confirmation.
   • The validity period of the bid is 15 days.
   • The delivery of linens to the Hotel will be in charge of the supplier.
3. Evaluation Criteria:
   • Quality and durability of the linens.
   • Competitive pricing.
   • Delivery timeline and ability to meet our requirements.
   • Supplier's reputation and track record &Legal documents
4. Site Visit:

5. Award Process:
   • Following the evaluation of submitted bids, the selected supplier will be notified via email or phone.
   • Negotiations may be conducted to finalize terms before awarding the contract.
6. Terms and Conditions:
   • All bids and correspondence should be in English.
   • Mantis Akagera Game Lodge reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to cancel the tender process, or to seek further clarifications from suppliers.
   • The interested bidder should quote based on the following list of the linens needed by Mantis Akagera Game Lodge.
