TENDER NOTICE (TN)/INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

The National Union of Disability Organizations in Rwanda (NUDOR) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its different partners towards the cost of: 

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. 

NUDOR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the above tenders as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the headquarters, KICUKIRO DISTRICT, NIBOYE SECTOR, NIBOYE CELL, MUNINI VILLAGE, close to Kicukiro Catholic Church, KK 21 Avenue upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs only (10,000 Rwf), for each tender the bidder should apply for, to Account N° 100009102234 (NUDOR Administration) opened at Bank of Kigali.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original must reach the Human Resource and Logistics Officer at the address mentioned above Not later than March 5^th, 2024, at 10:30am.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at NUDOR meeting room on March 5^th ,2024 at 10:40 am. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, title, and reference number. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the NUDOR Procurement policy.
