BID INVITATION

RE: Invitation to bid for the Acquisition of Huye Feeds Limited

The Government of Rwanda is inviting all interested, reputable, and qualified investors to submit their bids for the acquisition of Huye Feeds Limited, a company fully owned by the Government of Rwanda.

Specializing in top-tier nutrition for farm animals, Huye Feeds Limited produces superior feed for chickens, cows, pigs, and fishes and offer also post-harvest drying solutions. By maintaining a steadfast focus on excellence, the company strives to enhance the animal feed sector in Rwanda.

The invitation to bid is open to both national and international qualified bidders.

Bidders shall download the Request for Proposals to acquire Huye Feeds Limited available on Minecofin website via: https://www.minecofin.gov.rw/updates/tenders

The bids must be submitted not later than 28th October, 2024 before 3:00 pm, Kigali Time.

Scanned proposals should be submitted online via: privatization@minecofin.gov.rw

Well-printed copy of the bid written in English language and sealed in an envelope should be addressed to: Hon. Minister of State in charge of Resource Mobilization and Public Investments, Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, 12 KN 3 Ave, Kigali – Rwanda.

Public opening is scheduled for 28th October, 2024 at 4:00 pm, Kigali Time.

Kick-off conference calls will take place on the week of September 23^rd 2024. To request access to the Non-Disclosure Agreement and the kick-off conference calls, please send an email to privatization@minecofin.gov.rw by September 30^th.
