Job Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in accordance with the National Curriculum Framework and under the guidance of the competent education authority
• Teach students based on their individual educational needs, abilities, and potential
• Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging Kiswahili language lessons
• Adjust teaching methods to meet student diversity and group learning dynamics
• Participate in the implementation of the school development plan
• Assign, assess, and mark student work regularly
• Record and report on student academic progress, development, and behavior
• Prepare both oral and written assessments and reports related to student performance
• Provide educational and career guidance to students
• Plan and conduct language-based practical and interactive activities

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree with an education component in one of the following fields (no experience required):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Kiswahili with Education
2. Bachelor's Degree in English and Kiswahili with Education
3. Bachelor's Degree in French and Kiswahili with Education
4. Bachelor's Degree in Kinyarwanda and Kiswahili with Education
