Job Description
• To dealwith legal issues and providing legal advices
• To prepare model contracts and decisions to be adopted
• To prepare documents and conclusions concerning litigious issues involving the IPRC.
• To advise the management on litigation risks and contribute to finding solutions
• To draft legal texts regarding the IPRC and deliver legal opinions on the draft instructions, regulations and procedures.
• To collect, safe guard decisions carrying jurisprudence on the IPRC appeal and establish the documentation to serve the IPRCin legal matters and inform regularly the service concerned
Job Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Law
Key Technical skills and Knowledge required:
• Deep knowledge of Rwandan public service and labor law;
• High analytical and problem solving skills;
• Legal research and analysis in complex areas of law;
• Knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedures;
• Decision making skills;
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation;
• Excellent communication skills
• Very effective organization skills;
• Team working skills;
• Computer skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French.
