Making Radical Terraces and Application of Lime (Ishwagara) tender at SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in agricultural works particularly in the terraces and application of lime to submit their offers for the tender related to Making radical terraces and application of lime (Ishwagara)at SOS Byumba location at Gicumbi District.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field of agriculture. The company must be not on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions. 

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents are allowed).

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “a bid security from recognized commercial banks equivalent to 2% of the total quotation price.

A compulsory sit visit will be conducted at SOS-Byumba-Gicumbi District, on 20^th/08/2025 from 10h30 a.m to 11h30a.m. Note that, all companies to do site visit must register their full addresses. The certificate of site visit shall be issued immediately.
