MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Nyarubuye Parish Support Church has project RW0237 Kamombo supported by Compassion and wishes to supply various school supplies as shown in the table below:

All bidders are required to submit the following bid documents:  

• A letter asking for a source was addressed to the pastor of the Nyarubuye Parish Church

• The proforma shows the unit cost and the total cost  
• The fact that he has a campaign to address
• Having an account in a bank with technology
• Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
• The fact that he has a document showing that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB for no more than 3 months with the signature of a notary
• He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
• He made 2 local decisions and got the job done right
• Accepting payment via OP
• Having a business register issued by the RDB of Business shows that the entrepreneur is already doing this work as a tender.
• Photocopy of the identity card of the owner of the company or a certificate that replaces the legal identity card.. Bidding documents should be sent to two emails   (  if two dossiers are not sent it will be empty):  rw237inkurunziza@gmail.com and Cuwase@rw.ci.org  from italics 15/8/2023 until Wednesday 28/8/2023  at 2 (8:00  ) in the morning after this hour no dossier will be received and the tender letters will also be opened. The participants will be notified of the results of the bidding on their emails. For more information, call  0783665143 / 0782175982 ,
