The management of the Presbyterian Church in Rwanda (EPR), PAROISSE MUSAZA is located in kagali kabuga, Musaza sector, KIREHE district, eastern province in cooperation with compassion international through the project RW0585 EPR RUGANGO wishes to tender for the purchase and delivery of 150 pigs of the mixed type of pietre for the families of the children assisted by the project, with 16-20 kg to lift, must be protected wearing earrings and have insurance for at least three months.             

Bidders must meet the following criteria:

• Letter of request to the pastor of MUSAZA Parish
• The proforma shows the prices
• The fact that he has a company in which he is registered
• Having an account in a bank with technology
• Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
• The fact that he has a document showing that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB for less than 3 months
• He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
• Accepting payment via OP
• Having a business register issued by RDB allows him to perform these functions
• A photocopy of your identity card or proof of identity that replaces your legal identity

- The documents are sent to the following emails and all because they are not given anywhere are free  rw0585eprugango@gmail.com/Cuwase@compassion.com  ; documents will be received from 31/07/2023 to 14/08/2023 at 4:00 am which is also the day of the official opening of letters at the headquarters of the winning project and will be notified provisionally.  

Bidders will be notified by email of the status of the bid.
