Job Description-Marketing Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiast Marketing Assistant to work in our sales and marketing department. You will be working closely with the sales, marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands, social media calendars planning, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth brainstorming campaigns, to boost brand engagement and increase visibility.
To be successful within this role, you must have excellent knowledge of marketing and social media platforms management. A good marketing combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful campaigns.

What you will do and not limited to:
• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media and websites;
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns;
• Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets;
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability;
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation;
• Support marketing team at live and online events
• Manage the social media calendar;
• Brainstorm campaign ideas;
• Post on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns. The requirements for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any related;
• Prior similar experience of at least of 2 years within Public Relations, Communications, Digital Marketing Agencies is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of social media management;
• Knowledge of analytical tools;
• Creative and Innovative mindset;
• Ability to multitask and work in a team;
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda, French is a plus.
