JOB DETAILS:
New Finest Traders Ltd (NFT) Is An Established Company Working In Packaging With A Vision Of Triumphing Over All Layers Of Woven Sack Users In Rwanda, Great Lake Region And Dig Upa Portionfor East Africa Countries’ Sackproduct. The Company Operates A Plant In Kigali Special Economic Zone And Has Already Developed Core Competencies In Offering A High Quality, Branded Product Whose Image Is Recognizable Among Consumers; Wholesalers And Retailers .

Job Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of a marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Make a regular sales forecast at New Finest Traders
• Propose New Marketing Strategies for increasing sales with low opportunity cost
• To proactively develop standard and service delivery to Clients;
• Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing outsourced team
• Review and adjust Marketing schedule where needed;
• Contribute positively and productively to a professional, innovative, responsive and effective in-house marketing and service for the New Finest Traders
• Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units, and revenue retention and growth.
• Create product roadmap
• Work with staff across the New Finest Traders to develop and deliver effective marketing materials, websites and a dynamic online presence that drives selling and meets targets
• Develop and deliver innovative and effective targeted promotional campaigns, including advertising/ interactive media/ outdoor promotions that drive recruitment forward and meets targets, often working within short timeframes.
• Ensure that New Finest Traders marketing is compliant with the Common Language Scheme used in East Africa and Great lake region clients.
• To undertake any other duties consistent with the key responsibilities and duties of the post, as directed by his Line Manager.
