Summary:
Soft Packaging Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced and competent individual at the position of Marketing Officer to join our operational team.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing customer calls and appointments effectively (for existing customers) and calling potential customers to explain the company products and encourage purchases.
• Develop periodic market analysis to identify customer needs, and recommend changes to marketing strategy based on analysis
• Handling Customers complaints and inform directly the management on the progress
• Recording all marketing activities and implement metrics to evaluate their success
• Create, develop and maintain customer research databases.
• Analyzing competitors' products and offerings to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Coordinating the process of samples production and their approval by customers
• Communicating with clients about layout and design needs (designing style, format, size, etc)
• Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties

Qualifications
• Graduate in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related fields
• At least 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry. Having experience in managing operations will be an advantage
• Proven experience in negotiation and building relationships with customers
• Ability to work extremely well under pressure
• Computer skills and reporting experience
