EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR MINE PLANNING AND PROJECT SUPPORT TO TRINITY METALS LTD

Trinity Metal Ltd is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to undertake Mine Planning and Project Support for Trinity Metals operation in Rwanda.

Scope of Work for Mine Planning and Project Support:

The scope of the mine planning and project support work includes but not limited to the following:

• Completion of life of mine plan layouts and schedules across all three sites.
• Preparation of ventilation plans and specification of the electrical reticulation.
• Updating and of review of current mine plans, layouts and schedules.
• Preparation of Life of mine plans to support the business plan and budgets.
• Training on mine engineering and mine planning in Deswik software.
• Delivery of a mine plan report summarizing all assumptions made, calculations and descriptions of the work.

Eligibility and Competency Requirements

Interested parties must:

• Be recognized Competent Persons as defined by the JORC Code (2012 Edition).
• Have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in mine planning and scheduling.
• Possess a solid track record of working on life of mine plans and mining schedules.
• Be registered with, or eligible for registration with, a recognized professional organization (e.g., AusIMM, SAIMM, etc.).
• Possess multidisciplinary engineering expertise and project management capabilities.
• Have experience in Deswik software is an advantage but not mandatory.

All interested parties should submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.

• CVs of proposed personnel demonstrating JORC Competent Person status.

• Key personnel CVs for Mine Planning and Scheduling

• Summary of qualifications and relevant experience.

• Indicative timeframe and approach.
• Details of at least three similar projects undertaken in the last five years.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
• VAT Registration.
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA

Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 5^th August 2025. will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competence of the bidder and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the bidder.
