TITLE: MOTOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, SERVICING AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR URUNANA DC VEHICLES

FINANCING: URUNANA DC

The Urunana DC Management hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the maintenance, servicing and repair services of its vehicles for a period of one year.

Participation in tendering is open on equal terms to all registered companies, having a Rwandan trade license and specialized in the field. The Tender Document is available at the reception desk of Urunana Development Communication office located at Kimironko plot No. 628, street No. KG 17 ^AV in Kimironko Sector, Gasabo District in Kigali City, P.O Box 2774 Kigali - Rwanda.

The tender documents can be collected starting from 21^st November 2024 during working hours, upon presentation of a deposit bank slip of a non-refundable amount of five thousand Rwanda Francs only (5,000 RWF), to the: Account N°: 212-125558-1-5101-1; Account Name: Urunana DC; Bank: Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) Limited. Interested bidders may obtain supplementary information by sending an email to urunanadc2004@gmail.com ;

Bids prepared in English language, in 2 copies one of which, one is the original and marked as such, and in conformity with the provisions of the bidding document, must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the reception of the Urunana DC office, to the aforementioned address, not later than the 11^th December 2024 at 15h00’ (3:00pm). The outer envelope must be marked as follows:

“TO BE OPENED ONLY AT A PUBLIC SESSION”

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five hundred thousand Rwanda Francs (500 000 Frw), valid for 120 days starting from the date of the bids opening and it must be provided by a bank or a recognised financial institution. The bids will remain valid for 90 calendar days following the bids opening date. The opening of bids will take place on the same day in the conference room of Urunana DC at 3:30pm (15h30’) prompt in a public session.
