NATIONAL TENDER NOTICE (NTN) / INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV/ RRP+ (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by GIZ, invites qualified national bidders to submit bids for RRP+ DOCUMENTARY MOVIE OF RRP+ ACHIEVEMENTS DURING THE PAST 20 YEARS

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field. A list of firms debarred from participating in Rwandan tenders is available to RPPA
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained at RRP+ office from 27/07/2023 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM after presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) deposited on the Account No 00040-06956758-54 / BK of RRP+/activities. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: “DOCUMENTARY MOVIE OF RRP+ ACHIEVEMENTS DURING THE PAST 20 YEARS”
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquarter located at Rukiri I cell, Remera Sector, KG 599 St, N 33, Gasabo District or contact us on phone number 0789287395
5. Well printed bids and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above no later than 08/08/2023 at 10:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
6. Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ the same day on 08/08/2023 at 10:30.
7. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
