Operation Smile (https://www.operationsmile.org) is one of the largest medical volunteer-based non-profit organizations, which has until now provided hundreds of thousands of safe surgeries for those born with cleft lip and cleft palate. With more than three decades of expertise, Operation Smile creates solutions that deliver free surgery to people where it’s needed most, for which it has mobilized thousands of medical volunteers from a wide range of medical specialties from more than 80 countries.

Operation Smile Rwanda wishes to invite registered companies to submit their bids for the:

“SUPPLY OF FURNITURE (LOT 2) with delivery and installation toThe University Teaching Hospital of Kigali ”

The physical location where the delivery is to be made is provided below:

• NYARUGENGE, KN 4 Ave, Kigali

Bidders should provide the following information:

• RDB registration certificate (matching the field)
• Valid Tax clearance certificate
• VAT Certificate
• Valid RSSB Certificate
• Completion certificates of at least three similar tenders executed

Other Requirements:

• Detailed company profile,
• Your quotation should remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of submission,
• Indicate the Delivery Period

Well-presented bids presented in the English language must be sent to Operation Smile Rwanda via email to the following address augustino.hellar@operationsmile.org not later than 02 august 2024 @ 12:00 PM.

Bids submitted after the fore-mentioned date and time will be rejected.
