The purchase and delivery of school supplies are:

All bidders are required to submit the following bidding documents:  

1. Letter of request for supply addressed to the pastor of CECA Rwesero Parish
2. The proforma shows the prices
3. The fact that he has a campaign to address
4. Having an account in a bank with technology
5. Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
6. The fact that he has a document showing that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB for less than 3 months
7. He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
8. He made 2 local decisions and got the job done right
9. Accepting payment via OP
10. Having a business register issued by the RDB of Business shows that the entrepreneur is already doing this work as a tender.
11. A photocopy of the company's identity card or a copy of the legal identity card.
12. Coming to visit a bag sample at the project and leaving a note and signing in the book because you would not be allowed to bid without visiting the manufacturer's document negotiating his bid would be in vain. 

Note  :

      1. The contractor is allowed to bid for one of these items (Bags, school supplies)  or bid for all of them.

Bidding documents will be sent to these emails   rw775rwesero@gmail.com , and eniyonzima@rw.ci.org  from the date 19/8/2023 to Monday 04/9/2023 at 4:00 p.m. when the mails will be opened. ' those who beat the market. Bidders will be notified of the results of the bidding on their emails, the winner of the bid will be notified provisionally on his/her email, then a meeting will be held between the project coordinator and the project bidding committee to review the bid. Then the winner will be notified when the contract will be executed. 

2. The contractor will send his document to one email without copying another file
