NOTICE OF SALE OF ONE OF THE PROPERTIES OF THE COOPERATIVE/KSWC

AGAKIRO KA GAHANGA known as KSWC (KICUKIRO STEEL AND WOODWORK COOPERATIVE) is a cooperative that aims to promote carpentry and other related businesses. It is based in Kigarama Village, Nunga District, Gahanga Sector, Kicukiro District, Kigali City.  

KSWC hereby informs all interested parties that it has a 38-family For Sale property for sale to willing and able bidders. Each family in that house has a No. Its UPI features as follows:

The bidder can take the house as a whole with 38 units, or expand the number of units he wants. The bidding for the house will be done by mail. The opening of the letters containing the prices, will be done on 19/01/2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the headquarters of the Cooperative, in Gakiriro in Gahanga.

Those who wish to visit the property located in Gakiriro IGahanga, Nunga Cell, Gahanga sector, Kicukiro District, will do so from 2:00 am to 5:00 pm every day, from the day this announcement is published.

The person who bids more than the other bidders will be the one who will win the contested property and will immediately pay within three working days following the date of opening the envelopes after receiving a letter informing him that he was the one who bid the price higher than that of others. Kicukiro Steel and Wood work Cooperative reserves the right to reject the bid as long as no one bids for the property.

The bidder pays a non-refundable deposit of Rwf 10,000 to the Cooperative's account in the Bank of Kigali number  00049-00391914-72. The proof of payment comes with the tender letter.
