We are hiring:
Operations Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, economics or any other related field.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in a retail environment/fashion industry, preferably at the level of a manager or Team leader or supervisor of more than 10 employees
• Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of operations.
• Understand the creative and fashion industry.
• Marketing and branding skills.
• Analytical and management skills.
• Planning, communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude able to work with sales team from operations aspect
• Flexible in accommodating extended working hours
• Computer skills, Good communication skills, Flexibility, Ambitious, Time management.
• Good spoken English. French will be an advantage
• Immediately available will be an advantage

Job Requirements/Specifications
• Design and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and oversee general company administration.
• Manage daily operations, including training new staff as well as supervise all operations and sales
• Coordinate and optimize inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring precise inventory records, and implementing efficient stock management practices
• Manage all schedules and ensure deadlines are met within the company
• Resolve customer complaint cases and ad hoc duties.
• Review reports and records to ensure adherence to the company’ objectives
• Help solve problems that affect the company's service, efficiency, and productivity
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
