Terms of Reference (ToR) for partitioning and painting works

VFR is therefore looking for suppliers or service providers to submit the competitive bid for partitioning and painting works for its new HUYE Branch office located in INTASHYA Building – downtown Huye town.

In order to avail all necessary information related to the mentioned works a mandatory site visit shall be carried out by all interested suppliers, as this will help them to prepare their bidding documents basing on the true information from the site. That visit is organized on 18^th February 2025 at 11:00 am.

Interested and qualified suppliers or service providers are encouraged to express their interests for this partitioning with suitable drawings and painting works using company colors in sealed envelopes mentioning on it both their company name and tender title to the Administration officer-office located at Nyarutarama by 20^th February 2025 before 15:00. Failure to visit the site on the mentioned date and time will not be tolerated and late offers will not be considered.
