JOB DETAILS:
Passenger Services Agent Organizational Development Specialist at National Aviation Services We are currently hiring for Passenger Services Agents to join our talented team at airport lounges in Kigali, Rwanda. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time assistance to all passengers/guests as per the departmental standard operating procedures and QHSE norms. Furthermore, to attend to guest queries and concerns, and provide guidance as required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our passengers at the airport lounges in a timely and courteous manner.

• Responsible to ensure smooth operations at the reception desk and Updates the system with guest details

• Plan and control to ensure food and beverage orders are taken and served on time

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Prior experience in Airport lounges or hospitality

• Candidates with experience in food handling is an added advantage.

• Candidates with Barista experience is an added advantage

• Excellent customer service and communication skill
