TENDER OF PESTICIDE CABRIO EC WITH PYRACLOSTROBIN 250G/LTR FOR CONTROL OF COFFEE BERRY DISEASE (Colletotrichum kahawae) AND COFFEE LEAF RUST (Hemileia vastatrix) in Rwanda.

Coffee Exporters and Processors Association in Rwanda (CEPAR) through CEPAR-Fertilizer and Pesticide Fund would like to inform you that is currently looking for bids for the supply of 800 litres of coffee Pesticide as per the specifications enclosed.

 Below please find the details pertinent for all bidders:

Deadline for bids: July 22^nd, 2025 at 10:00 am

Quantity:

• 800 litres to be Applied in September 2025 (Season 2026A)

Delivery Date:

• 800 litres on September 30, 2025

Delivery Terms:

• CIP Kigali (NAEB Warehouse)
• CIP include transport to Kigali, Insurance, clearing to be handled by the seller

Offloading: To be covered by the supplier

Payment terms: 100% payment after delivery

Documents Comprising the Bid

The Bid shall comprise the following:

a)Bid submission letter signed by authorized signatory and stamped;

1. Copy of Trading License;
2. Original or a certified copy of the Social Security certificate for local company;
3. Detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods to be supplied establishing conformity to technical specifications provided;
4. Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Bid to commit the Bidder or Power of Attorney;
5. Manufacturer authorization: Manufacturer authorization shall specify availability of required pesticide (or estimated delivery date at Kigali in NAEB Warehouse, Gikondo) and exactly location where the pesticide is stored at the time of bid submission (Pesticide stock stock i.e Country and town of origin) for purpose of respect delivery date 30/09/2025 at Kigali in NAEB Warehouse, Gikondo. This information must be specified in the bid document and approved by authorized signatory and stamped.
6. The financial proposal should be in Rwandan Francs (Frw) and all taxes inclusive. It must be all taxes inclusive (This information (all taxes inclusive) must also be specifically mentioned in the bid document by writing the word all taxes inclusive after amount), approved by authorized signatory and stamped.
7. Original certificate copy of the Pesticide analysis from independent laboratory approved by authorized signatory is required
8. The bidders should provide a valid certificate from Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority (RICA) confirming the registration of that pesticide for the purpose controlling Coffee Berry Disease (Colletotrichum kahawae) and Leaf Rust (Hamileia vastatrix) based on the locally carried out tests.
9.  Any other information that the bidder considers important to the award process as it may be indicated in the Bid documents.

The bidder is required to pay 20,000 Frw as a non-refundable fee to the account

N^o 00040- 00652624-41 of CEPAR- Fertiliser and Pesticide fund in the Bank of Kigali (BK).

Submission and opening session is scheduled on 22/07/2025 at 10H AM at CEPAR- Fertilizer & Pesticide fund office located in NAEB headquarters, Gikondo, Magerwa Road.

Late delivery of applications shall be rejected.
