The Porter at Mantis Akagera Game Lodge is responsible for meeting, greeting, and assisting all guests arriving at the hotel. They play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Welcoming guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Rooming guests and explaining hotel facilities
• Maintaining knowledge of hotel features and services
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the reception area

Qualifications or requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a Porter or similar position
• A1 in hospitality management or any high school diploma with proven experience
• Good organizational and time management skills
