TENDER TITLE: PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF RNIT PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND OTHER

DOCUMENTS 01/2024-2025/NCB/RNIT/GOR

Rwanda National Investment Trust Ltd (RNIT Ltd), hereinafter called ("Client") funded by the Government of Rwanda, towards the cost of PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF RNIT PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

1. Rwanda National Investment Trust Ltd (RNIT Ltd) invites Suppliers to submit bids for the PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF RNIT PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS, as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from offices of RNIT Ltd, Former COGEBANQUE Building 6th Floor, KN 63 St, Nyarugenge, Kigali - Rwanda during office hours, from Monday to Friday.

3. Enquiries regarding this tender, will be addressed to RNIT on email: procurement@rnit.rw. Any clarification may be requested by email within three sixth (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of publication of the tender notification. Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies one of which is the original and the rest are (2) copies must reach RNIT Ltd in Former COGEBANQUE Building 6th Floor, KN 63 St, Nyarugenge, Kigali - Rwanda, not later than 27th August 2024 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the same day 27th August 2024 at 10:30 am, in RNIT Board Room in Former COGEBANQUE Building 6th Floor, KN 63 St, Nyarugenge.

5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the LAW N° 031/2022 OF 21/11/2022 Governing Public Procurement and other regulations on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
