EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROFESSIONAL TAILINGS FACILITY DESIGNS, WATER DAMS DESIGN AND STORM WATER MANAGEMENT

Trinity Metals Ltd is professionalizing the operations of its 3 Mine Sites, namely Rutongo Mines Ltd, Nyakabingo Mine Ltd and Musha Mines Ltd. In order to improve productivity, safety and sustainability in each Mine, water dams’ construction, stormwater management and tailings facility constructions need being built professionally. Each of the mine has their own challenges and issues with respect to the above-mentioned infrastructures and facilities that require intervention by a professional company.

Trinity Metals is seeking proposals from qualified Companies to provide professional Tailing Facility Designs, Water Dams’ Construction and Stormwater Management.

Scope of Work

Below are the scope of work related to each of the Mine Site.

Rutongo Mine

• Nyamyumba stormwater management design
• Nyamyumba settling dams’ design

Nyakabingo

• Phase 2 stormwater design.
• Water treatment plant structure design and provision of BOQ.
• 5 tph pilot plant platform design and provision of BOQ.
• Supervision and analysis of TSF test work for the proposed 50 tph processing plant.

Musha

• Final waste placement design for the Musha 12 tph plant.

All interested parties should submit an Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Letter introducing your Company/Individual with a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB, where applicable
• VAT Registration, where applicable
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA
• Scope and value of previous Professional Services undertaken both in Rwanda and other Countries.

Submission to be forwarded to tender@trinity-metals.com by not later than 27^th June 2025 at 11:00AM Local time.

Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 27^th June 2025. will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competency of the applicant and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the applicant.
