E3 International Ltd is a registered Conferences, Exhibitions, and Events company in Kigali, headquartered in Dubai in UAE having all support services in-house and predominantly in the MICE sector of Kigali, Rwanda with offices in Dubai, UAE, and India, since 2004
E3 International has a clear vision, and plan and decided to host target-oriented Events and Conferences & Exhibitions here in Kigali, Rwanda ensuing the magnanimous visionary leader President HE Paul Kagame’s dream to make Kigali the most happening destination in the whole of Africa at par with any Middle Eastern, Asia, and Far Eastern cities.
E3 International Ltd had been conceptualized and registered with all the concerned departments in Kigali, Rwanda to fill up the vacuum of experienced conference and Exhibition professionals who would be able to conceptualize the theme of a conference, to develop all content for any large complex events. Be the lead owner of the content and all of the relationships required to manage the life-cycle of the conference, who may research and identify commercial topics and industry-relevant
content for virtual, hybrid, live events and webinars.
The one who will source, invite and confirm senior-level speakers and moderators, whilst working closely with the Sales Team to identify targets for sponsorship and delegate sales.

To find a suitable candidate:
Position: Project/Event/ BD Manager -Conference & Exhibition (MICE)
He or She must be a minimum University Graduate good in communicative English and French both speaking and writing, who carries experience in organizing Exhibitions and conferences (MICE) industry anywhere with strong skills in MS Office, and Excel. She/He must be sociable and ambitious, also flexible with timings.
Knowledge of Hall layout, floor planning, and standard Venue specs such as measurements for alleys and angel’s space, seating capacity, etc.
Advantages: audio video, lighting, translation requirements knowledge of access control, attendee registration, scheduling, delivery, etc

• Apt Data Mining/Updating periodical.
• Floor Space selling ability.
• Own clientele base and connections.
• A self-motivator and self-starter who can achieve desired results without supervision.
