JOB DETAILS:
Property Valuation Specialist
Level:3.II
Job description
• Providing land values for rating and taxing purposes;
• Following up property valuation regulations and be involved in establishing property valuation standards of practice and requirements;
• Working with different partners to determine reference land market prices for land valuation purpose;
• Being involved in land expropriation exercises for public interest;
• Performing other duties assigned from time to time by the Unit Director
Minimum Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Estate Management
1 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Land Valuation
3 Years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in environmental economics
1 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's in Land Management & Valuation
3 Years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in Land Management & Valuation
1 Year of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in Land Economics
1 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management
3 Years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Land Economics
3 Years of relevant experience
