TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR TENDER
TENDER TITLE: PROVIDING ONE-YEAR RADIO ADVERTISING SERVICES TO PRIME LIFE INSURANCE LTD
CLIENT: PRIME LIFE INSURANCE LTD
Introduction
Prime Life Insurance Ltd is an insurance company accredited by the National Bank of Rwanda to provide life insurance services. Prime Life Insurance invites all interested bidders to participate in the tender process for providing one-year radio advertising services to Prime Life Insurance.
As a leading insurance provider, Prime Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and innovative partner to elevate our brand presence through targeted radio campaigns.
The bid should include the following:
A. Administrative Requirements:
- Registration certificate issued by RDB or Equivalent
- RRA Tax Clearance certificate
- Proof of similar services offered to 2 companies
- Proof of radio coverage and trust

Prime Life Insurance shall not be bound to accept any bid and will not be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by firms in the submission of their bids.
The Tender document shall be sent at Prime Life Insurance tender email ITClife@prime.rw from 08/01/2024 until 19/01/2024 at 3:30 pm local time. Late bids will not be accepted. The tender opening will be the same day at 4:00 pm.
