Long Term Agreement for Provision of Catering Services and training rooms
Duhozanye is a Non- Governmental Organization legally operating in Rwanda with a legal personality No 131/11 of 2003 whose mission is “to ensure the socio-economic rehabilitation of widows and orphans of the genocide against tutsi 1994, in order to integrate them into everyday life so that they can particularly striving for self-reliance and generally participate in the development of the country. In partnership with its partners Duhozanye regularly organizes conferences, workshops, seminars and meetings (“Events”) in respect of its programme implementation. In this regard, Duhozanye desires to conclude a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for a maximum period of one (1) year for provision of catering services with a company/ other entrepreneur (s) specialized in this area of services

The successful company/individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor”) shall be contracted for an initial period of one year and the contract shall be renewable subject to strategic and operational requirements and good performance

Objective and Scope of Services:

The service provider(s) is expected
• To serve Duhozanye on a demand basis, variety foods and beverages for lunch, dinner, coffee breaks.
• To provide high quality catering service with reasonable price
• To professionally managed demand from Duhozanye in terms of quality food, service and time delivery

Interested company (ies) / individual entrepreneur (s) can obtain the terms of reference containing detailed requirements and conditions for participation through email infos.duhozanye@gmail.com from 16th August, 2021 upon presentation of the banks slip of Frw 10,000 for ToR document deposited in I&M Bank in the names of ASSOCIATION DUHOZANYE FUNDS INTERNAL INCOME on Account No 0023907002

Bidders are requested to submit their documents in PDF format via email to infos.duhozanye@gmail.com not later than 20th August 2021 at 5:00 PM with the subject reference: Provision of Catering Services 002/DHZ/2021
