INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
INYANGE Industries Ltd is a leading food processing company in Rwanda, manufacturing a variety of products under their brand name – “Inyange”. The “Inyange” brand has been in used since 1997.

Inyange Industries Ltd is pleased to invite you all to submit their bids for Provision of civil works, repair, and maintenance of Inyange Industries Ltd offices, premises, and factory area located in Masaka, and its subsidiaries: Mukamira Dairy Ltd, Savannah Plant & Giheke Dairy Ltd

Special Instructions to Bidders

1. The name of the company is: INYANGE INDUSTRIES Ltd

2. Bids shall be submitted in English

3. Bids must remain valid 90 days after the submission date.

3. Clarifications if any may be requested not later than 7 days before the submission date. This should be put on email to the following address.

12. The Bidder shall submit the following additional documents in its bid:
• Bid submission form and Price schedules are well printed and properly organized.
• Certified copy of Trading License.
• Original or a certified copy of the Social Security clearance certificate from the Rwanda Security Board
• Original or a certified copy of the tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority.
• CIT Certificate/Mandatory
• Three (3) letters of recommendation from current or previous major similar services.

Terms of Reference/Statement of Requirements

1.Scope of service
Provision of maintenance services for buildings /civil works including but not limited to the below
• Civil works repair for the factory
• Drainage and ceiling fixtures
• Plexiglas fixtures
• New projects for civil works
• Building, tilling, and painting activities
• Ensure all works required of it at the factory is done properly and appropriately as needed
• Provide adequate supervision to ensure that civil works are done on schedule
• Ensure availability of services on need basis according to Inyange Industries needs
• The service provide is to set their own tools in daily work routine
• The service provide is to ensure and be responsible of safety employees
• The service provide is to ensure that staff all liability and third-party insurance is in place

Important Information
• Quotations provided must be inclusive of all applicable taxes
• Payment terms is 30 days after delivery and submission of invoice to the client. However, bidders can state their preferred payment terms.
• No advance payment will be issued to the successful bidder(S)
• The evaluation of the tender will be based on lowest unit cost but technically acceptable offer;
• At the client discretion, the Client reserves the right to disqualify any bidder from the process of evaluation at any stage.
