TENDER NOTICE: No 008 AgDF/S/NCB/2025

Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their bids for the following tender:

Provision of cleaning services

1. The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon presentation of proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) non-refundable fee paid to AgDF corporate trust Ltd account number 00040-00424687-43 held in Bank of Kigali.
2. Well-scanned bids written in English language, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund must be submitted not later than Friday 13^th June 2025 at 2:30PM. All bids submissions are done online and sent to procurement@agaciro.rw , Late bids will be rejected.
3. The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in AgDF board room on 13^th June 2025 at 3:00 PM.
4. Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda.
5. The bid title should clearly indicate the tender name. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
