SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.

TITLE OF EOI: CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF PROPOSED MIXED-USE BUILDING.

CLIENT BACKGROUNG

EGLISE PRESBYTERIENNE AU RWANDA (EPR) Is a nonprofit organization which started its operations in Rwanda in 1907 with the mission of proclaiming the Word of God and the Salvation offered by God through His Son Jesus Christ. Its mission also consists of showing the God’s Love through concrete actions of human and social development. 

SCOPE OF WORK

Construction works of Mixed-use building in plot no: UPI 1/03/03/03/61 located in Kigali City, Kicukiro District, GIkondo Sector, Kinunga Cell, Ruganwa I Village.

EGLISE PRESBYTERIENNE AU RWANDA (EPR) invite now National qualified and eligible construction companies to express their interest for providing above-mentioned services.

Interested companies should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform these services.

The shortlisting criteria will focus on:

1. Company profile
2. Proof of being registered with RDB as construction company within 5 last years.
3. Description of similar assignment of the proven completion of contract of at least three (3) projects of same complexity (More than 3 billion RWF)
4. Valid Tax clearance.
5. Valid contribution clearances from RSSB
6. Valid good standing certificate
7. Having worked with religious institutions within 5 years would be an added advantage.

EPR is under no obligation to shortlist any bidder who express his interest in this project.

Interested bidders are requested to submit their Expression of Interest both electronically through secretariat@epr.rw and submit Hard Copy at the EPR Head Office, KN 51 St 2.
