Tender Title: Provision of Deep Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, and Laundry Services

The Nyarutarama Sports Trust Club invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit their bids for the provision of comprehensive deep cleaning services in our estate, including carpet cleaning and laundry services (washing and ironing of clothes and bedsheets). The contract will also include the provision of two permanent staff members for everyday tasks.

Scope of Work:

• Deep cleaning of estate premises, including all residential and common areas.
• Carpet cleaning for all units, including stain removal and deodorizing.
• Laundry services, including washing and ironing of clothes and bedsheets.
• Provision of two permanent staff members to carry out the cleaning and laundry tasks on a daily basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in providing deep cleaning and laundry services.
• Ability to provide qualified and trustworthy staff for permanent placement.
• Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Capability to meet the specific requirements of the estate.

Submission Details: Interested parties are requested to submit their proposals by 23/08/2024. Proposals should include:

1. Company profile and relevant experience.
2. RDB, RSSB and RRA Certificates
3. Detailed breakdown of services and costs.
4. Proposed schedule and staffing plan.
5. References from previous clients.
